2. Financial Agreements and Payments
Fees for managed services, projects, and consulting are billed according to the contract or proposal you accept. Unless specified, quoted amounts may exclude hardware, software licenses, or third-party subscriptions billed directly by vendors. Failure to pay invoices within agreed terms may result in suspension of services after notice as permitted by contract.
3. Client Responsibilities
Successful outcomes depend on collaboration. The client agrees to provide Premium Technology Solutions LLC timely access to accounts, credentials, facilities, and decision-makers reasonably needed to perform services. Premium Technology Solutions LLC cannot be held liable for inability to deliver agreed outcomes when necessary access, approvals, or information are withheld or delayed by the client.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of applicable fees, the client retains ownership of deliverables created specifically for their business (such as documentation or configurations identified as client-owned in writing). Premium Technology Solutions LLC retains rights to general methodologies, internal tools, templates, and know-how used across multiple clients except as expressly assigned in writing.
